I have posted this everywhere I am able, so please excuse me if this is redundant for anyone. I want to know why Mr Gettleman drafted Dexter Lawrence. Not only that, he drafted him in the first round with the idea that Dexter would be centerpiece to a new Giants defense. As many of you may know, Dexter was banned from the Notre Dame game, as well as Clemson's national championship game against Alabama. He was banned because he was caught using performance enhancing drugs. So Dexter was not part of Clemson's championship defense. I think we should hear from Mr. Gettleman why he would draft a " juicer" when he was trying to have a respectable, trouble free locker room. If our GM was unaware of Dexter's " issues," he should not be the GM. Wasting a first round pick like that, for this franchise, in this crisis situation, is not acceptable. We all know of athletes in various sports who had break-our seasons due to steroid use. We also know how far their performance falls off once they are deprived of the performance enhancers. Is it co-incidence that this highly hyped player ( pardon the pun) didn't show anything in pre-season or against Dallas? He is supposed to be a phenom ( size, speed, power and
athleticism ), and yet he couldn't even succeed against pre-season talent. If he is a bust, then so is our GM. Please help lead an inquiry into this issue. Thank you.
