20. Jacksonville Jaguars (2-4): There is no mincing words when it comes to how disappointing the Jaguars 13-6 home loss to the Saints was on Sunday. The defense was stout all game against Alvin Kamara and prevented Michael Thomas from taking over the game, but one of the worst offensive performances of any team in the NFL this season doomed them. For the first time this season, rookie quarterback Gardner Minshew truly looked like a rookie who was always meant to be a backup. The hope is he can bounce back against a bad Cincinnati Bengals team in Week 7.

Other Jaguars Rankings

ESPN - #23

The Jaguars rank 27th in turnover margin (minus-5). Rookie QB Gardner Minshew II is responsible for six of the team's seven turnovers (four fumbles, two INTs) and opponents have scored 27 points off those miscues. While the offense (with the exception of Sunday's loss to New Orleans) has been better than expected after Nick Foles went down in the opener, there's still not much margin for error.

Is the Gardner Minshew magic over? He looked ordinary against the Saints, so you have to wonder.

Bleacher Report - #22

The reality is that this Jaguars team probably isn't making a postseason run in 2019. And whether it's the future of head coach Doug Marrone or the quarterback quandary between Minshew and Nick Foles, the Jags face some massive questions when this season is over.

USA Today - #21

Minshew Mania hit wall Sunday as rookie QB turned in worst performance of season — by far. Nothing a visit to Cincinnati shouldn't fix.

The Jalen Ramsey situation is not going away. The team owner said Ramsey would play this week. Ramsey was reportedly going to “listen to his body.” On Sunday, he was inactive. It’s natural to wonder if he’d be playing if it weren’t for that trade demand. The trade deadline is Oct. 29.
