Somehow, the Green Bay Packers found a way to knock off the Detroit Lions 23-22 on Monday night.
With the game on the line and Davante Adams on the bench, the Packers couldn't score a touchdown.
The first one is obvious. The Green Bay Packers’ run defense was demolished for the third week in a row, this time by the Philadelphia Eagles.
Said defensive lineman Kenny Clark: "We got punched in the mouth today and I’m happy we did."
Davante Adams' huge game was ruined by a toe injury, part of a painful night for the Packers.
The Green Bay Packers rode a big-play defense and good-enough offense to another victory.
Green Bay forced three turnovers and had six sacks in a 27-16 victory over Denver.
Right tackle Ja'Wuan James and cornerback Bryce Callahan are out for Denver.
“Me and him, shoot, the best tandem in the league, I feel like,” Alexander said. “Go watch the play-by-play. We strapped them boys up.”
That's what Aaron Rodgers said about the opening series, but it could have applied to most of Thursday's game at Chicago.
While I'll be writing a story filled with updates, let's talk in this…
