GREEN BAY, Wis. – The Green Bay Packers’ annual Family Night practice will be held at Lambeau Field on Saturday, Aug. 5.

Costing $10 apiece, tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 29. They will be available only through Ticketmaster.com. Some notes:

- There is a 10-ticket limit for Day 1 of sales.

- Everyone must have a ticket.

- Group tickets (minimum of 50 tickets) will be available. The application form is available at Packers.com, at the Packers ticket office or can be requested by calling 920-569-7501.

- Parking will cost $5, with proceeds to benefit Meijer Simply Give, a program targeting hunger relief.

In many ways, Family Night is similar to a typical training camp practice at Ray Nitschke Field. This practice, however, features the full in-stadium game experience – including the debut of enormous new videoboards – and post-practice fireworks.

“What a great atmosphere for these guys,” Packers coach Matt LaFleur said after last year’s Family Night.

Said quarterback Jordan Love: “Having all the fans out there kind of gives you that atmosphere of a real game, brings the intensity up a little bit. Guys had a little more juice out there.”

The Lambeau Field gates will open at 5:30 p.m., with practice starting at 7:30 p.m.

Can’t make it? Family Night will be broadcast via the Packers TV Network of stations: WGBA-TV in Green Bay, WTMJ-TV in Milwaukee, WAOW-TV in Wausau, WKOW-TV in Madison, WXOW-TV in La Crosse, WQOW-TV in Eau Claire, KQDS-TV in Duluth-Superior and WLUC-TV in Escanaba-Marquette. Plus it will be aired on KWWL-TV and WHBF-TV in Iowa; KATN-TV, KYUR-TV and KJUD-TV in Alaska; and KDLT in Sioux Falls, SD.

Quickly, Green Bay's schedule is coming into focus. While the start of training camp has not been announced, here are some key dates:

- July 24: Shareholders meeting.

- Aug. 5: Family Night

- Aug. 11: Preseason at Cincinnati Bengals

- Aug. 19: Preseason vs. New England Patriots

- Aug. 26: Preseason vs. Seattle Seahawks.

- Aug. 29: Roster cut to 53 players.

- Sept. 10: Week 1 at Chicago Bears.
