Sorry, here's the Luke comparison, in one less playoff game, Luke had 28 tackles, 33 assists, 2 sacks, 4 tfl, 3qb hits, 3 int, 2 td, 1 fumble recovered. Plus anyone that's met Luke knows he's a humble sweet person that would help old ladies across the street. It's a shame Peppers bogus sacks piled up on the worst o lines in the NFL is gonna get him in the hof, while doubtful a much better and impactful player like Luke gets in.

Peppers was definitely one if the mist overated de's in the NFL, that racked up his stats on the worst of the worst, while laying down in games that mattered. His only sb, he didn't touch Brady in single coverage, while Dan Morgan got 25 tackles, and Mike Minter 19 with broken ribs. In 8 Panthers playoff games, he had 20 tackles, 2 assists, 4 tfl, 2 sacks, zero qb hits. The only tackle in the Jake 5 turnover game, the Cards rb tripped over peppers laying on the ground. He took plays off as a cheating heel, he took entire games off as a Panther. He's also a superjerk that took a disabled vets parking space when he lived in that condo downtown. Peppers being considered as the greatest panther ever is laughable, it's obviously Smitty, who Cam got fired, and made me revoke the Panthers. Y'all enjoy the mess Gettleman left you, I'll be watching the Raiders.....

Kuechly: 7 first-team all pros in 8 years
Peppers: 3 first-team all pros

End of debate.

Julius Peppers and Steve Smith are without a doubt the top 2, but the short history should without further question should include the modern day Luke Keuchley and Cam Newton
