The make-up of Carolina's secondary is up in the air as one defensive back has been ruled out and another is questionable for Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons.

Ross Cockrell, a cornerback, has been ruled out on the final injury report of the week because of a quad injury. Donte Jackson, who has been limited with a hip injury, practiced Friday for the first time during the week, yet how much or if he plays Sunday is still to be determined.

And there's still no definitive word on cornerback James Bradberry, who practiced on Thursday and Friday after missing last weekend's loss at Green Bay because of a groin injury. Defensive back Cole Luke is expected to be active after being promoted from the practice squad last week.
