Patriots sign OL J.J. Dielman

New England adds some interior depth to their offensive line on Friday.

The New England Patriots have signed offensive lineman J.J. Dielman, according to the team's official site. 

Dielman was a 5th round pick out of Utah in the 2017 NFL Draft. He was most recently on the practice squad of the Los Angeles Rams. He has yet to play in a regular-season game. 

Dielman has spent most of his time at the guard position, so barring any unforeseen changes he will play behind Joe Thuney and/or Shaw Mason on New England's offensive line.
