Eric Dickerson talks the two head coaches going head to head in the Coliseum this weekend, Kyle Shanahan and Sean McVay

Eric Dickerson shares his thoughts on Kyle Shanahan, the 49ers head coach and Sean McVay, the Rams head coach, before they play each other this weekend.

Dickerson talks about how Shanahan learned form his dad, who was a coach in the league for the many years. He learned one of the best, and is doing a fantastic job. The 49ers are currently 4-0 this season

Sean McVay also comes from a family in coaching. McVay has a photogenic memory, and is brilliant. It makes him an elite head coach. 

Dickerson believes both coaches good. But, they aren't great yet. Greatness comes with time.
