METAIRIE, La. — The New Orleans Saints are getting healthier for their Monday night opener against the Texans.

The Saints listed linebacker Alex Anzalone (shoudler) and fullback Zach Line (knee) as full participants in practice Friday. The Saints conducted a walk-through, so the participation status is an estimate.

Still listed as limited are linebacker Craig Robertson (hamstring) and defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins (Achilles).

Defensive lineman Mario Edwards Jr. (hamstring) has not been seen at practice since the second preseason game against the Chargers.

Coach Sean Payton said Monday he expected Anzalone to be healthy for the opener, so his improved practice status was expected.

The Saints also don't expect to have Rankins available for a game until sometime after the opener. They didn't put him on the in-season PUP list, which is an indicator that they believe he'll be ready to play sometime before Week 6.

The Texans injury report showed safety Justin Reid (shoulder) as a full participant. He was limited Thursday.

The final injury report and game status designations will be released Saturday.
