Ben Grubbs Partners With 'Son Of A Saint' For Summer Camp Giveaway

Former New Orleans Saints offensive lineman Ben Grubbs is sponsoring a Summer Camp Giveaway with Son of a Saints mentees.

The Grubbs Family, including ex-New Orleans Saints offensive lineman Ben Grubbs, his spouse Shania, and their three children, have long supported the Son of a Saint organization. The Grubbs Family announced they would sponsor a Summer Camp Giveaway to equip more than 50 Son of a Saint mentees with the supplies, attire, and specialized gear they need for a successful trip and experience.

The goal is that summer camp travel, and its associated costs, are never a barrier for Son of a Saint’s mentees to participate and benefit from these critical, formative experiences. Every summer, Son of a Saint mentees attend camp all over the country (from New England to North Carolina, Indiana, Wisconsin, and more).

Summer Camp Giveaway Preview 

• Mentees and their families will gather for a camp sendoff dinner on the evening of Thursday, June 1, at the Son of a Saint headquarters, where they will mingle, and build relationships with the fellow mentees attending the same camps.
• The Grubbs Family will share remarks and words of encouragement to the group, and have an opportunity to connect and mingle with attendees.
• The mentees will also participate in a giveaway where they will be provided with the items (backpacks, sleeping bags, first aid kits, bug spray, pillows, etc.).
