Rick Gaille - Rest Well Coach

The Saints News Network family and fans have lost our mentor and friend, Coach Rick Gaille. Coach was a member of our network over the past several years as a Host, Co-Host, and Advisor. Coach Rick, we would affectionately call him, "Coach Dad", would honestly evaluate our beloved New Orleans Saints each week on "Saints News Radio" broadcast and his own podcast, "From the Coach's Office with Rick Gaille." He also served as a broadcaster, writer and analyst of Louisiana sports, College and High School sports with his friend Ken Trahan and John Fourcade on the Three Tailgaters broadcast.

I will always be indebted to Coach because of his wisdom, passion of the game, unselfishness and willingness to share his love for sports and life with me and many others. We will be praying for the Gaille family and will support them during this difficult time.

I will miss you my friend and "Coach Dad!!!" Perhaps you and The Professor, Derek Stephens (of D' Professor Speaks Podcast), are rejoicing together in heaven this day and forever more.
