For the second consecutive year, it appears that the New Orleans Saints will play a regular season game across the Atlantic Ocean. According to Bild reporter Max Schrader, a German publishing, the New Orleans Saints and New England Patriots will play each other in Germany during the 2023 season.

The 2023-24 NFL schedule has not yet been released, so this is an unofficial report. Schrader reports that the game will take place either November 12 or 19 as part of the NFL International Series, which would be Week 10 or 11 of the regular season.

The Saints played the Minnesota Vikings in London in what was considered a home game last season. It was the third time they had played a game in England, winning the first two against the Chargers and Dolphins before losing to Minnesota.

The NFL played it's first regular season game in Munich, Germany last season, a game between the Seattle Seahawks and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. New Orleans and New England will play in Frankfurt's Deutsche Bank Park, according to Schrader, with the Saints being designated as the ''road'' team. This would mean that New Orleans would still have eight home games at the Caesars Superdome.

The 2023-24 NFL schedule is expected to be officially released next week.
