Slippery slot receiver John Ursua continues to make big plays.

Corbin Smith just featured him in a recent video breakdown but Ursua isn't living off of his past; as you can see in the video below, he's showing off his quickness (and underrated grit) against the Los Angeles Chargers in Saturday night's third preseason game.

While the hype has focused on bigger rookie receivers like D.K. Metalf, Gary Jennings and even undrafted free agent Jazz Ferguson, Ursua has quietly been Seattle's most consistent pass-catcher of the first-year players, demonstrating not only the quickness to gain separation but reliable hands.

Even more exciting, Ursua has shown the same suddenness after the catch that helped Doug Baldwin become such a critical part of Seattle's success over the past decade.

Just watch him zip by the Chargers for a gain of 20+ yards below. And for a guy who lacks prototypical size, Ursua certainly showed plenty of fight, exhibiting impressive strength to drive for a few extra yards.
