Noah - The Steelers will be without James Conner or Benny Snell Jr. this week. No surprise that Conner won't play as the Steelers don't tend to let players see the field after being listed as doubtful before the game.

Jaylen Samuels has proven he can fill the role when needed. His touches have fluctuated this season but he's still a contributor to the offense. Therefore, Pittsburgh won't need to change too much to make Samuels comfortable. He needs to go out and help Mason Rudolph, though.

Noah - JuJu Smith-Schuster drops the pass, turns into an interception and once again, this game is in the hands of the defense. They did their job in holding them to a field goal, behind Bud Dupree's sack, but the offense will need to play cleaner.

Dupree now has a sack or tackle for loss in every game this season. He's making a statement for his contract year and it's showing. This defense looks good from the jump. They can clearly control this offense, but the Steelers offense will need to step up.

Noah - Trey Edmunds gets it started but the offense wasn't able to finish. Mason Rudolph seems a little nervous but his start last week leaves hope there's improvement coming. Also, Chris Boswell is so reliable again - I love it.

Noah - I didn't think I'd see Brian Hoyer throw a touchdown pass today but the NFL is one crazy league. The Colts went 8 plays for 63 yards and touchdown, basically walking their way down the field for the touchdown.

Jacoby Brissett left with an ankle injury but was testing it on the sideline behind the bench. If he returns he could be a step slower, giving the Steelers one less concern with his ability to move outside the pocket.

Noah - Minkah Fitzpatrick was worth the pick. Minkah Fitzpatrick was worth the pick. Minkah Fitzpatrick was worth the pick.

Noah - The Colts made adjustments quick and marched the ball down the field for a touchdown. The Steelers defense said they were focusing on stopping the run but so far that hasn't happened, allowing 70 rushing yards in the first half.

The offense needs to do something positive to take the lead. The defense did their part and got their weekly touchdown, but if Mason Rudolph doesn't get his team in the endzone he's going to fall further and further behind.

Noah - Thank you Darius Lenard. The Steelers did what they needed to to get a drive going with under a minute left in the half. The penalty by Indy helped but it was a few good decisions by Rudolph. A 3-point game at half is certainly doable for Pittsburgh.

Noah - First off, someone is going to pay Bud Dupree this offseason and it needs to be Pittsburgh. He's had five sacks in the last five games and his strip on Brian Hoyer lead to a Steelers game-leading touchdown. He's met every expectation this team has had for him over his career. Maybe a late bloomer, but he certainly bloomed in a big way.

Mason Rudolph looks comfortable. This offense is flowing and playing hard. Vance McDonald is becoming his QB's second-favorite target outside of Jaylen Samuels. Keep working the underneath routes and running the clock. It's the Steelers game with the lead.

Noah - Yeah, a safety is the last thing you need. The only good thing - Trey Edmunds forces a fumble on the punt and gives the Steelers the ball back. This running back is making the most of his opportunity.

Noah - The Steelers have struggled to produce off turnovers. 2 yards in three plays won't win ball games, and even if it doesn't hinder every game it will haunt them at some point. If the defense wasn't so strong this narrative would be different and less overlooked. Still, Steelers add to their lead.

Noah - Jaylen Samuels fumbles and the Colts come down and score. Can't totally blame Samuels for the fumble, the hit was perfect. Still, he needs to be more secure with the football, especially as the leading rusher.

The defense held strong but were scrambling to drop into coverage after the 4th down play wasn't a run. Ended up leaving Chester Rogers wide open in the back of the endzone and the Colts take the lead.

Like I continue to say - Mason Rudolph needs to take this team down the field and score.

Noah - It's concerning that the Steelers cannot perform in the redzone. Rudolph continues to check down on third downs, leaving chances of picking up the first, slim.

Chris Boswell is reliable again and it's a great feeling. He'll hand Pittsburgh the lead and keep this game in their hands as the defense takes the field. I'll take my chances with the defense shutting down Indy for the advantage.
