Borges: Aaron Hernandez and what we will never know


In the aftermath of the apparent suicide of former New England tight end Aaron Hernandez, we're left with a lot of questions ... and very few answers.

Why did he do it? Did he actually do it? What happened between last week's not-guilty verdicts and Tuesday's suicide? Wasn't his lawyer going to pursue a possible vacation of his murder conviction? So why now?

Our Ron Borges covered Hernandez and tells us in Thursday's editions of the Boston Herald that nobody will ever know what motivated Hernandez, basically suggesting that everything we could have ... and should have ... known about him and his troubled life, we won't.
