The Cleveland Browns have signed the Houston Texans' running back Chris Ogbonnaya from the practice squad. With the signing Ogbonnaya will be placed on the active 53-man roster for the Browns, this is a move which shows that star running back Peyton Hillis might be out for an extended period of time.

Ogbonnaya was a 7th round draft pick by the St. Louis Rams in the 2009 NFL Draft (211th overall) out of the University of Texas. He only had 3 attempts rushing for the Texans this season, but provided some good depth after injuries ravaged the Texans running backs.

The Texans will be moving quickly to replace him on the practice squad, expect the moves to come fast and furious for the Texans in the coming day.
