Houston Texans Meet with Virginia Tech's Greg Stroman at the Shrine Game

The Houston Texans met with Virginia Tech cornerback Greg Stroman after practice for the East-West Shrine Game. Stroman is the second Hokie cornerback to whom the Texans have spoken this week. Brandon Facyson also met with the team. Stroman measured in at 5-11 and 174 lbs to open the week.

Stroman appeared in 50 games over four seasons and put up 60 total tackles with 9 interceptions and 27 passes defended. In 2017, Stroman had 20 tackles with 4 interceptions and 11 pass breakups. He also helped in the return game and averaged 11.3 yards per punt return with 2 returned for touchdowns. Stroman also has experience returning kicks and in 2016, he averaged 20.9 yards per return.

Stroman is considered an early day-three prospect.
