Surgery for Jean and Demps

Today Head Coach Gary Kubiak informed the media that safety Quintin Demps and wide receiver Lestar Jean will need surgery for their respective injuries.
Demps had surgery Monday morning to repair his thumb, but is expected to be ready for Sunday against the Tennessee Titans with a cast. He was in a cast during the Broncos game starting in the first quarter, so it will be interesting to see if he can continue at high level of play.
As for Jean, he has a meniscus issue that will require surgery and is already "out" for the Titans game on Sunday. Expect DeVier Posey to be active for his first NFL game on Sunday.
