The Houston Texans have waived three players from their roster on Tuesday. Tim Bulman (DE), Cheta Ozougwu (LB) and Terrence Toliver (WR) were let go in roster moves for the Texans this week.
Tim Bulman was released to make room for David Anderson (WR) who resigned for the injured Kevin Walter. Bulman has been with the Texans since 2006 and has posted 38 career tackles and 4 sacks in his 31 games with the Texans. He was signed by the Arizona Cardinals as an undrafted free agent from Boston College in 2006 where he appeared in 8 games for them in 2006.
The Texans also waived rookies Toliver and Ozougwu from the injured reserve, where they reached injury settlements for both players.

Texans Camp: Keep Eye On These Houston WRs
The wide receivers and tight ends of the Houston Texans will be among the biggest storyline to follow.
Toliver was an undrafted free agent from LSU, the wide receiver is a Texan native from Hempstead. With high expectations coming from the SEC powerhouse, Toliver could not put in all together in camp and landed on the IR to start the season.At LSU, Toliver had 126 receptions for 1.820 yards and 12 touchdowns, and was apart of the 2007 National Championship Team.
As for Ozougwu, the Texans 7th round pick of the 2011 NFL draft from Rice University, "Mr. Irrelevant" suffered a concussion in the first preseason game against the New York Jets and did not appear again until the final preseason game against the Minnesota Vikings. At Rice, he had 197 total tackles and 11 sacks in his 4 years as an Owl.
The Texans have released three from IR to date, Devard Darling was released in previous transactions.
