Texans Work Out Two on Tuesday
The Houston Texans worked out two free agents today, Thaddeus Gibson (OLB) and Javarris James (RB). It is unknown if either player was offered a deal, but it is nice to see the Texans doing their due diligence to try an improve their team.
Thaddues Gibson was drafted in the 2010 NFL Draft in the 4th round (116th overall) by the Pittsburgh Steelers out of The Ohio State University. Despite being drafted by the Steelers he ended up with the San Francisco 49ers, and in 2011 signed with the Washington Redskins. He has only played 2 career games where he has 3 tackles and a forced fumble.

Javarris James was an undrafted free agent who was signed by the Indianapolis Colts in 2010. James in from Miami University and made some noise for the Colts in 2010. He appeared in 10 games and had 112 rushing yards with 6 touchdowns. Some say the James is built better for the zone blocking scheme that the spread offense that the Colts run.
