@AdamSchefter: Texans DC Wade Phillips told Tampa Bay that he was pulling out of process.

This is the best news Houston Texans fans have heard, since learning that defensive coordinator Wade Phillips was on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers short list for their head coach vacancy. Phillips was scheduled to interview this Friday with the Buccaneers brass.
