Jon Gruden and the Oakland Raiders took their share of criticism for trading Khalil Mack and getting burned by Antonio Brown. Gruden is back in good graces after the Raiders defeated the Los Angeles Chargers Thursday night to improve to 5-4. SI’s Robin Lundberg notes that in spite of the lumps Gruden took early on, the head coach’s enthusiasm never waned and says Gruden’s justifying his 10-year, $100 million contract.
