Adam Thielen was sent home from Vikings practice with an illness on Thursday.

Unlike Stefon Diggs' "illness" last week, Thielen is actually sick. There's been no word on the severity of his illness, but it seems unlikely that this would keep him from suiting up against the Eagles on Sunday.

FRIDAY UPDATE: Thielen returned to practice Friday and is good to go.

Here's the full Thursday injury report for the Vikings:

Linval Joseph return after dealing with a "personal issue" on Wednesday.

Josh Kline's status is again up in the air. He previously missed a game with a concussion, and is now dealing with a foot injury. He would be replaced by Dakota Dozier.

FRIDAY UPDATE: Kline is officially out. It'll be Dozier's third start in six games.

Also on the interior of the offensive line, Garrett Bradbury is dealing with a shoulder injury. He had maybe the best game of his career against the Giants. Brett Jones is the Vikings' backup center.

FRIDAY UPDATE: Bradbury was a full participant Friday and is good to go.

If the Vikings had to turn to one or two backup interior linemen, that could be a major issue against the Eagles' Fletcher Cox and Akeem Spence.

Gedeon wouldn't be a major loss, considering the Vikings frequently only use two linebackers and have Eric Wilson when a third is needed.

FRIDAY UPDATE: Gedeon officially out.

Alexander potentially returning would be excellent for depth, but I'd expect Mike Hughes to get the bulk of the snaps at nickel corner even if Alexander is available. Hughes played very well against the Giants.

FRIDAY UPDATE: Alexander is available.

Getting Brothers back would be big for special teams.

FRIDAY UPDATE: Brothers is questionable.

Here's the Thursday report from the Eagles:

That's two running backs, a deep-threat receiver, and two starting cornerbacks who didn't practice Thursday. OT Jason Peters' status will be important to monitor as well.

FRIDAY UPDATE: All of the above names are OUT for the Eagles.
