Things haven’t been going well for the Montreal Canadiens lately.

After storming out of the gates with nine straight wins to start the season, the Canadiens have struggled. With five straight losses and six defeats in their past seven games heading into a showdown with the rival Toronto Maple Leafs on Saturday, Montreal has fallen out of playoff positioning and is immersed in turmoil.

You know what they say about when “it rains, it pours?” That’s exactly what happened to Canadiens forward Lars Eller, who had a rough go of it during warmups on Saturday.
