Katie Ledecky brought the United States back from a one-second deficit for a commanding gold medal win in the women’s 4x200 relay.

With the United States behind Australia by a second in the women’s 4x200 freestyle relay, Katie Ledecky brought the United States back in front to capture her third personal gold medal of the Rio Games.

After starting in the one-second hole, Ledecky managed to pull the team ahead by more than a second, finishing in 7:43.03. Australia finished second, in 7:44.87, and the bronze went to Canada, who swam in 7:45.39.

On Tuesday night, Ledecky took home gold in the 200 meter freestyle eventShe now has four total medals, and races next in the 800 meter freestyle heats on Thursday afternoon.
