Greg Norman has listed his estate on Florida's Jupiter Island with the Corcoran Group for $65 million. If the property sells for that price, it will be a record for the area, surpassing the $44.5 million that Tiger Woods paid for a nearby lot, according to the Wall Street Journal. Norman's spread, which stretches across the island, is eight acres and has 16,000 square feet of air-conditioned space.
