MILAN (AP) — A stoppage-time goal saw Juventus fall to its first defeat of the season as it lost 1-0 at Genoa on Wednesday, allowing Roma to move level at the top of Serie A with a 2-0 win over Cesena.

Luca Antonini netted the winner for Genoa, four minutes into added time. Home goalkeeper Mattia Perin had been in great form to deny a formidable Juventus attack that hit the woodwork twice.

Mattia Destro and Daniele De Rossi scored for Roma.

Sampdoria lost 1-0 at Inter Milan to leave it six points behind the top two, level with Udinese, which lost 3-0 at Fiorentina.

AC Milan drew 1-1 at Cagliari, while Gonzalo Higuain saw a late penalty saved as Napoli drew 1-1 at 10-man Atalanta.
