MALMO, Sweden (AP) — Fernando Llorente and Carlos Tevez scored in the second half as Juventus eliminated Malmo from the Champions League with 2-0 away win.
After a scoreless first half, Llorente broke the deadlock in the 49th as he picked up a long pass from Claudio Marchisio, rounded Malmo goalkeeper Robin Olsen and calmly slotted home.
In the 88th, Paul Pogba set up Tevez who beat Olsen with a shot from the right to seal the win.
Malmo defender Erik Johansson was sent off for protesting the goal as the Swedish team finished the match with 10 men.
The win put Juventus on nine points and with one round remaining. Malmo is last in Group A with three points and no chance of qualifying for the knockout stage.
