Inter Milan has agreed to a deal with Bayern Munich winger Xherdan Shaqiri, the club announced Thursday.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed by either club, but according to the Guardian, Inter Milan will pay a €15 million transfer fee.
Shaqiri, 23, has played in nine of Bayern's 17 league matches this season and scored one goal.
Shaqiri came to Bayern in February 2012 from Swiss side FC Basel for a reported €10 million transfer fee. Since joining the Bundesliga giants, Shaqiri won two league championships and the 2013 Champions League title.
Shaqiri has been a mainstay with the Swiss national team since 2010. He scored one goal in this summer's World Cup.
Inter has made a pair of high-profile signings during this transfer window. In addition to Shaqiri, the club also added striker Lukas Podolski from Arsenal.
