Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal has been charged by the Football Association over comments he made to the media following his team's Jan. 23 FA Cup draw with Cambridge, according to BBC.

Following the draw, van Gaal told BBC that "every aspect of a match is against us - the pitch, the referee."

He later added, "You have seen the referee. It's always the same. Everywhere I have coached these games - and I have coached them also with other clubs - it's always the same."
