Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos diagnosed with torn hamstring

Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos has been diagnosed with a torn hamstring in his left leg, the club announced on Friday. 

Ramos, 28, left less than 10 minutes into Wednesday's match against Sevilla.

Ramos will miss up to six weeks but could return for Real Madrid's next match against Barcelona in late March.

Real Madrid currently sits atop the La Liga table with 54 points. On Saturday, Real Madrid will face Atletico Madrid.
