LA Galaxy's Robbie Keane fined for 'unprofessional conduct' after goal

LA Galaxy forward Robbie Keane has been fined by the MLS disciplinary committee for "unprofessional conduct" following his goal against the Chicago Fire on March 6. 

The fine is for an undisclosed amount.

MLS also announced that Columbus Crew midfielder Tony Tchani has been suspended one game and fined for his challenge that the league said "endangered the safety" of Houston Dynamo midfielder Leonel Miranda. The challenge received a yellow card.

Other disciplinary sanctions issued include Orlando City assistant coach Mark Watson's one-game suspension and fine for entering the field against New York City FC and Orlando City head coach Adrian Heath's fine for stepping onto the field in the same game.

Two Colorado Rapids players were also penalized. Defender Bobby Burling was fined for not leaving the field in an "orderly manner" after being ejected and defender James Riley was fined and suspended one game for "serious foul play" on a foul against Philadelphia Union midfielder Andrew Wenger. The Rapids also received an official warning for "violating the league's mass confrontation policy."

Finally, FC Dallas strength and conditioning coach Fabian Bazan was suspended one game and fined for entering the playing field​ on March 7.
