Tickets for the U.S. women's national team's friendly against Costa Rica on Aug. 19 at Finley Stadium in Chattanooga, Tenn., have sold out, the team announced in a release.
The match, which is the second of two friendlies the U.S. will play against Costa Rica on American soil in August, sold out in just one day, marking the fourth-ever sellout at Finley Stadium, the release noted. The stadium holds more than 20,000 fans.
The USWNT's last match at Finley was a 3–1 victory over Sweden in 1997.
The U.S. will also face the Costa Ricans on Aug. 16 at Pittsburgh's Heinz Field.
The team's popularity is riding high after a 2–0 victory in the semifinals of the 2015 Women's World Cup on Tuesday sent the Americans into the World Cup final against Japan on Sunday.
The Americans last played Costa Rica on Oct. 26, 2014, in Chester, Pa. They won 6–0 behind four goals from forward Abby Wambach.
The two Costa Rica matches are the only matches on the USWNT's schedule following the conclusion of the World Cup on Sunday.
