Watch: Geoff Cameron puts U.S. up 4-1 with looping header vs. St. Vincent

Geoff Cameron increased the United States lead over St. Vincent and the Grenadines on Friday with a looping header in the box that itself came after a nice flick-on off a corner kick.

Bobby Wood provided the assist, directing a corner kick off his head and floating it across the box to Cameron, whose defender had drifted away at the back post. Still ten yards out and in the center of the box, Cameron placed his header perfectly on frame, and beat goalkeeper Winslow Mcdowall with a looping headed effort.

The U.S. would increase its lead not long after, thanks to a goal from Gyasi Zardes.

The match is the first in the U.S.'s run of qualifiers for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
