West Ham defender Angelo Ogbonna came up huge against Liverpool in the fourth round of the FA Cup on Tuesday, scoring a header in stoppage time to give his team a 2–1 win.

West Ham defender Angelo Ogbonna came up huge against Liverpool in the fourth round of the FA Cup on Tuesday, scoring a header at the end of extra time to give his team a 2–1 win.

Midfielder Dimitri Payet sent a free kick deep into the box and Ogbonna easily out-jumped three Liverpool defenders to connect with the ball. He placed the ball perfectly in the right side of the net, leaving Liverpool goalie Simon Mignolet no chance to make a save. 

Ogbonna’s goal broke a deadlock that had stood since the 48th minute. 

West Ham will play Blackburn in the fifth round of the FA Cup on Feb. 21.
