Speaking before Manchester United’s Europa League second leg on Thursday against FC Midtjylland, coach Louis Van Gaal is urging his players to give more to the point where he says they should be “horny.

“We have to keep the ball better and we have to move the ball quicker,” Van Gaal said in his pre-match press conference. "That’s always what we have to do. Desire … it is a great word. I often use the word ‘horny’ with my players.”

Manchester United fell to Midtjylland 2–1 in the first leg of their Europa League last-32 clash last Thursday but rebounded with a 3–0 FA Cup victory over Shrewsbury Town FC. It's a busy week for the Red Devils, who face Arsenal in a crucial Premier League match on Sunday.
