Switzerland and Romania each net a point after playing to a Group A draw at Euro 2016
Switzerland needed a superb volley from Admir Mehmedi to salvage a point against Romania in their second Group A match at Euro 2016.
Bogdan Stancu's first-half penalty kick gave Romania the lead, marking his second goal from the penalty spot in as many games in the competition.
Romania carried its lead into the second half, but Mehmedi had a failed clearance off a set piece fall to him in the left side of the box. Using exquisite technique, he power the ball into the far netting to level the score and secure the point for the Swiss, who have four through two games. Romania, following its tournament-opening loss to France, has one.
