The 19-year-old was on Ukraine's Euro 2016 team and joins Pep Guardiola's project at the Etihad.
Manchester City's makeover under Pep Guardiola continued Monday with the signing of 19-year-old Ukraine midfielder Oleksandr Zinchenko.
Zinchenko makes the move from FC Ufa, and he played in all three of Ukraine's group games at Euro 2016. He scored two goals with FC Ufa last season and tallied his first with Ukraine's senior national team against Romania in a pre-Euro 2016 friendly.
Zinchenko joins Ilkay Gundogan, Nolito and Aaron Mooy as new signings headed for the Etihad.
Guardiola himself was just introduced by the club on Sunday. Former Everton and Arsenal midfielder Mikel Arteta has retired to join his coaching staff.
