Everton will host Arsenal on Tuesday as Premier League play resumes with a series of midweek fixtures. 

The Gunners have had a busy week. On Saturday, they beat Stoke City 3–1 at Emirates Stadium behind goals from Theo Walcott, Mesut Ozil and Alex Iwobi. On Monday, they found out that they would be playing Bayern Munich once again in the UEFA Champions League round of 16. And on Tuesday, they'll face Everton at Goodison Park. 

Everton fell 3–2 to Watford on Saturday in the Premier League. The Toffees are in ninth place in the Premier League with 20 points, while Arsenal is in second place with 34, three behind leader Chelsea.
