Arizona Diamondbacks Re-Sign Willie Bloomquist To Two-Year Deal

The Arizona Diamondbacks have agreed to terms with Willie Bloomquist on a two-year contract, according to MLB.com.

Bloomquist’s new deal will reportedly pay him $3.8 million over the next two seasons. The 33-year-old had previously opted out of his contract that would have paid him $1.1 million to play for Arizona in 2012 to explore free-agency.
