Report: Kevin Kolb Not Ready To Play Against San Francisco

According to Kent Somers of the Arizona Republic, injured Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kevin Kolb was clearly still showing signs of his injury during practice and, Somers writes, "judging from the portion of practice that's on the record for reporters, he didn't look close to being ready to play on Sunday against the 49ers."

Kolb injured his foot on October 30 and has missed two games so far.  If he is still unable to go by Sunday, John Skelton would make his third start.  Skelton has led the 3-6 Cardinals to two straight wins.

Somers also notes that Kolb backed off a bit from his assertion that he had called out Eagles offensive plays during Sunday's game against his ex-team.  "How much help did I really do for our defense?" Kolb said, according to Somers. "I'm not sure."
