Dodgers’ Blake Hawkworth Out Until Mid-May With Elbow Injury

Los Angeles Dodgers relief pitcher, Blake Hawksworth will be out until mid-May due to a late start in the recovery process from elbow surgery in January, according to Hardballtalk.

Hawksworth faced a minor setback in his recovery when the injury became infected and had to undergo a second operation two weeks after the first surgery. It has been indicated that the recovery process at this point will take around 45 days to rebuild his arm strength, and he is currently limited in what activities he can partake in.
