Report: Joe Torre to manage Team USA in World Baseball Classic

Former New York Yankees and Los Angeles Dodgers manager Joe Torre will lead Team USA in next year's World Baseball Classic, according to multiple reports on Twitter.

The United States finished fourth when the tournament was last held in 2009. Japan has won both WBC titles.

Davey Johnson managed Team USA in 2009, while Buck Martinez managed it in the inaugural 2006 WBC.
