Roy Oswalt, a starter for a majority of his career, was recently demoted to the bullpen by the Texas Rangers. Oswalt has pitched well in that role so far, but isn't too happy with being in that position, according to a report from the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

"I'm a starter," Oswalt said. "I'm not really a bullpen guy."

"Well, I mean we're 4-2 in the games I started. I guess I should've been 6-0," Oswalt said. "Two bad ones and won four of them so ... I don't know. We'll see how it goes."

"It wasn't my decision," he said. "I'm down there to throw when they need me, I guess."

Oswalt was demoted to the bullpen after the Rangers acquired Ryan Dempster in a trade with the Chicago Cubs this past week. Oswalt has a 6.14 ERA in his starts thus far this season, along with 31 strikeouts and six walks.
