Larry Fitzgerald evaluated for possible concussion

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald left the team's 37-34 win over the Tennessee Titans on Sunday to be evaluated for a possible concussion, the Cardinals said.
Fitzgerald left the game early in overtime and did not return. The Cardinals won on Jay Feely's 41-yard kick with 10:18 to play.
Fitzgerald caught six passes on Sunday from Cardinals quarterback Carson Palmer. There's no immediate word on his status for next week, but losing him would be a significant blow for a Cardinals team fighting for a playoff spot over the final two weeks of the season.
Fitzgerald has 67 receptions for 774 yards this season. He has 10 touchdowns, which has him tied for sixth in the NFL.
The 9-5 Cardinals sit one game behind both the Carolina Panthers and San Francisco 49ers, who occupy both NFC Wild Card spots. The Cardinals' final two games come at Seattle and at home vs. San Francisco.
