The Miami Dolphins have reached an agreement with guard Richie Incognito that will keep the embattled lineman suspended with pay for the remainder of the season.

Incognito was suspended without pay for four weeks, currently the maximum allowed. Since then, he has received a paycheck but has not been allowed to be a part of any team activities.

The NFL has launched an investigation into Incognito's role in the bullying of fellow offensive lineman Jonathan Martin, but lead investigator Ted Wells is unlikely to finish the report before the end of the year.
