Kevin Durant is playing better basketball than anyone in the world right now, but he said the best shooter in NBA history is a different superstar: Stephen Curry.

Responding to a question from a follower on Twitter about a hypothetical three-point contest between he and Curry, Durant said that Curry would win the contest "any day" and that the Warrior guard is the "best shooter to ever play" the game.

This season, Durant is averaging 31 points per game for the Thunder, while Curry is scoring 23.5 points per game. Ironically, Curry's three-point shooting percentage is down to .383 this year from .453 last season.
