Portugal: Braga beats Setubal to stay in third

LISBON, Portugal (AP) -- Braga beat visiting Setubal 4-1 Sunday to tighten its grip on third place in the Portuguese league.

Braga remained seven points behind Benfica and FC Porto, level at the top of the standings, with its ninth win in 15 rounds.

Marcio Mossoro put the hosts ahead with an opening goal just seconds into the game. Custodio then doubled Braga's advantage with a header two minutes into first-half injury time.

Ruben Amorim made it 3-0 for Braga in the 58th. Jorginho Sousa got Setubal its consolation goal in the 87th, one minute before midfielder Ruben Micael capped the win for Braga.

Braga's Paulo Vinicius was shown a direct red card in the 90th.

Also, it was: Maritimo 1, Olhanense 0; Estoril 1, Gil Vicente 2; Rio Ave 1, Guimaraes 3.
