U.S. women's national team goalkeeper Hope Solo was arrested overnight for allegedly assaulting two relatives at her home, according to the Seattle Times. Solo, who was allegedly struck by husband and former NFL tight end Jerramy Stevens just before they were married in November 2012, is reportedly being held without bail on two counts of investigation of domestic-violence assault.

According to the Seattle Times, police were called to Solo's home because of a noise complaint. Kirkland police Lt. Mike Murray told the Times it was an "out-of-control situation" and that Solo's sister and nephew had "visible injuries on them."

A U.S. Soccer spokesperson issued the following statement: “We are aware of the situation. At this point, we don't have any further comments.”

Solo did not play in the USA's 2-2 draw with France on Thursday, but she did in the 1-0 win over France on June 14, a day on which she tied Briana Scurry's national record for clean sheets with 71.
