Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola, whose three-year contract expires next summer, has reached a decision on whether he will stay with the club, but will not announce it until after Saturday’s game against Hannover, reportsThe Guardian.

Guardiola said he has informed club chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge of his plans.

“The club, Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and I have said time and time again that we will say something after our final game in Hannover, and that’s how things are going to stay,” Guardiola said. “I’m just focusing on Hannover.”

Earlier this week, there were reports that Guardiola planned to leave Bayern Munich and had been linked to other clubs such as Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City.

Chelsea has an official job opening after sacking manager Jose Mourinho on Thursday, and Manchester United and Manchester City are also rumored to be planning to fire their managers.

Guardiola, 44, was previously with Barcelona from 2008 to ’12 before joining Bayern Munich in 2013. He played the majority of his career with Barcelona as a defensive midfielder.
